Join me for a seasonal retreat to refresh and reawaken this Spring.
We’ll gather in the tented studio at Scenic Sauna, for an hour of uplifting, feel-good yoga - gentle movement, breath, and space to open into the longer, lighter days. After practice, we’ll move into the sauna and optional cold plunge: a revitalising ritual of warmth and freshness to leave you feeling energised and renewed.

Cotswold Lavender Yoga

Cotswold Lavender, Snowshill, Broadway
Join me for a seasonal evening of yoga amongst the lavender in full bloom at Cotswold Lavender - a space to slow down, soften, and soak in the Summer season.
We’ll gather surrounded by rows of fragrant lavender for an hour of soft, summery yoga - gentle movement, breath, and spaciousness to open into the long, golden days of July. As the light begins to soften, we’ll settle into stillness, letting the scent, colour, and evening air do the rest.
