Join me for a seasonal retreat to slow down and reset.
We’ll gather in the tented studio at Scenic Sauna with the fire glowing, for an hour of grounding autumnal yoga - cosy movement, breath, and space to soften into the season. After practice, we’ll move into the sauna and optional cold plunge: the perfect ritual of heat and clarity to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
