Riverstone Yoga offers a unique blend of yoga and outdoor experiences, providing classes that help individuals find balance, strength, and relaxation. Our sessions aim to connect body, mind, and nature, whether you're in a studio or outdoors.
Riverstone Yoga is based in and around South Cerney, The Cotswolds.
Yurt Yoga is offered at The Real Outdoor Xperience, Lake 12, Spine Road E, Cirencester, GL7 5TL.
Paddleboard Yoga is based at Cotswold Water Park Hire, Lake 86, Spine Road E, Cirencester, GL7 5TL.
Midday Yoga Recharge is COMING SOON
Riverstone Yoga's current classes are Yurt Yoga. With Midday Yoga Recharge and SUP Yoga coming soon.
In each of these, a range of yoga styles are offered and blended, including Flow and Gentle.
All of the classes at Riverstone Yoga are welcome to all-abilities, no experience needed. Come as you are and let me know if you are new to yoga or paddleboard yoga, modifications will be offered to meet various levels of experience, support and modifications are always provided.

Walk-in’s are encouraged for Midday Yoga Recharge! Have a spare 20 minutes on your lunch break? Perfect opportunity to recharge for the rest of your working day.
Riverstone provides all mats and props, but feel free to bring your own.
Water
Comfortable, breathable clothing.
Yurt Yoga: Muddy access, bring some boots/old shoes, and bring some layers. The fire will be going and it'll be cosy inside, but as a sessions slows, your body temp will cool down.
For SUP Yoga classes, we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting wet in, as well as dry, warm layers for after. Bring sun protection as needed. Buoyancy aids will be supplied.
There is parking at each location. See below for each class location. More information provided upon booking.
Yurt Yoga: There is a free car park based at The Real Outdoor Xperience, Lake 12.
Paddleboard Yoga: Lots of free parking in the field at Cotswold Water Park Hire, Lake 86.
Midday Yoga Recharge: COMING SOON
Please try to aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your class is scheduled. However, I understand that sometimes life doesn’t always go as planned; so if you are going to be late, please just find your way to your mat quietly and join in.
For Midday Yoga Recharge: As a pop-in, pop-out session, feel free to turn up and leave whenever you would like during the class. Quietly join me on the mat when you’re ready and leave when you’re feeling refreshed.
Sometimes things don't go as planned... We offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies, but please check the specific class or event details for guidelines. We aim to accommodate everyone’s needs while ensuring we can maintain a smooth and fair booking process.

Yes! We offer private Paddleboard Yoga classes for groups, teams, or events. This includes hen/stag parties, etc. Please contact us to inquire about availability and pricing.
There are different processes for each class and you will be informed about where to go, etc via email after you have booked.
