Riverstone Yoga Terms & Conditions 

Health & Safety Guidelines:

- Assumption of Risk: 

• Taking part in any form of phsyical activity, both indoors and outdoors, involves an element of risk. By participating in this activity, you agree that you will follow the safety instructions given to you by the staff. You also understand that you must take reasonable responsibility for your own safety. All reasonable precautions will be undertaken by the staff to help keep you safe, but it must be understood that minor injuries can happen as part of these activities. During the activity, it is your responsibility to look after your own personal belongings, there are places to keep them, but Riverstone Yoga cannot be held responsible for any loss to personal belongings.

- Medical

• Let your instructor know about any injuries, medical conditions (and/ order medication currently being taken), or special requirements before the session. They are here to help you enjoy your practice in a way that’s best for your body. 

• Pregnancy: If you are pregnant and not used to regular exercise, it is recommended that you move carefully and wait until after 12/13 weeks before starting class. If you have a regular practice, good sense of body awareness and/or feel safe and confident starting classes earlier, please inform your teacher when making your booking. By agreeing to this, you are responsible for yourself and if, in the unlikely event of any injury to yourself/baby, the teacher of this class is not in any way responsible.

• Post-Natal: Please wait until after your post-natal check before you begin exercising or taking our classes again. 

• Listen to your body, move at your own pace, and don’t feel pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Yurt Yoga:

Booking & Cancellations:

• Secure your spot by booking in advance via our website. Advance booking is encouraged.

• If something comes up and you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of class time, to receive a full refund or credit. Anything less than 24 hours is considered a late cancellation and you will not be refunded.

• Riverstone Yoga is not obligated to refund/replace any missed classes you may incur.

SUP Yoga:​

Bookings & Cancellations:

• Reservations: Pre-registration is required to secure your spot due to limited board availability. Please book online or contact us directly.

• Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance.  Cancellations in less than 48 hours are considered a late cancellation and you will not be refunded.

• Riverstone Yoga is not obligated to refund/replace any missed classes you may incur.

• Weather: Classes are only subject to cancellation or rescheduling in case of severe weather conditions (usually strong wind or thunderstorms). We will notify you as early as possible if changes are required and will work with you to ensure you don't miss out on your experience. If this is not possible then a full refund will be made.

SUP Yoga Private/Group Bookings:

Bookings & Cancellations:​

• At the time of a private/group booking, full payment is needed to confirm booking. Whilst an enquiry will be held, with instructor and equipment reserved, it will only be confirmed at point of payment.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: If changes need to be made, with more than 7 days notice we will work with you, to move it to a mutually convenient time/date, within four months of the original booking date. Due to the bespoke nature of these bookings, refunds are not available and changes within 7 days cannot be guaranteed.

• Weather: Classes are only subject to cancellation or rescheduling in case of severe weather conditions (usually strong wind or thunderstorms). We will notify you as early as possible if changes are required and will work with you to ensure you don't miss out on your experience. If this is not possible then a full refund will be made.
