An End of Summer Sauna Celebration

Join me at Scenic Sauna to celebrate the final days of summer with an uplifting morning of movement, warmth and renewal. We’ll begin in the tented studio with an hour of light, Summery yoga - gentle movement, breath and space to reconnect with yourself and soak up the last of those long summer days. After practice, we’ll move into the sauna, with the option to take a refreshing cold plunge. A beautiful ritual of heat, cool, movement and stillness, designed to leave you feeling refreshed, energised and ready to ease into the changing season. When: Sunday 20th September | 2:45-5pm Where: Scenic Sauna, Far Peak, Cotswolds What’s Included: - 1 hour of light, Summery yoga with Riverstone - 50 mins sauna + optional ice bath (with extra time to change) - A parting gift to take home This is an open, welcoming space - no experience needed, just come as you are. Spaces are limited - a small, intimate group to keep the experience calm, connected, and nurturing.
