Whether you're seeking a fun challenge or a relaxing experience, SUP Yoga is the perfect way to connect with nature in a unique way whilst sharing a few laughs with the group in a welcoming environment thats about fun, not perfection. This playful practice, ideal for all skills levels, combines traditional yoga poses with the exciting challenge of balancing on the water! The session flows through gentle stretches, dynamic movements, and mindful breathing, before ending with a floating Savasana - with a few new challenges in between! Whether you're an experienced yogi, a paddling pro, or new to both, this class offers a unique experience to immerse yourself in nature like no other. Never stepped on a Paddleboard? As a qualified Paddleboard coach & guide, I'll be there to support you every step (and splash!) of the way. Dive in, have fun, and let the natural world enhance your practice!
